Some desktop app workflows are local-first. Local project files remain on your device unless you choose a feature that requires cloud storage, account access, AI processing, maps, sync, support, or another external service.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the product.
  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, administer teams, and provide secure access.
  • Save, load, analyze, and process project content when requested by you.
  • Provide mapping, geocoding, site analysis, AI assistance, file processing, and other product features.

  • Respond to support requests, product feedback, and service communications.
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.

AI, Files, and Project Content

If you use AI, document analysis, image analysis, map, or site-analysis features, the information needed to perform that request may be sent to our infrastructure or to service providers that process data for us. This can include prompts, project context, coordinates, uploaded documents, images, PDFs, and generated results.

We use this information to complete the workflow you requested and to maintain service quality, security, cost controls, and abuse prevention. You should not upload content that you do not have permission to use or share.
